MIXED USEArlington Gateway
This office assisted WDG in provided master site planning services for the mixed use complex located in the Arlington Greenway. The linking into the city wide Greenway this open space, built over the garage, is the focal element for the mixed-use project. Another collaborative effort with the artist Jackie Fererra, The building uses consist of three towers and include a hotel, high end residential rental building and an office/retail building.
