This office has been commissioned to assist Amenta & Company in developing the master site planning services for the design of a mixed-use exclusive retail complex. The 10 acre site was designed to be a retreat of open air terraces, sheltered walkways with cafes, boutiques and bistros with 110,000 square feet of office space. The complex is organized around an ellipse park that includes shade gardens, an interactive fountain and a lawn amphitheater for small performances. Other amenities include a european-style food market and seasonal public programming for all plazas and parks. Construction was finished in 2005.
