URBAN DESIGN & PLANNINGDUMBO
In collaborating with the architectural firm Beyer Blinder Belle this office created a unique landscape along the east bank of the East River area between the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. The open space system includes; a natural area, plazas, great lawn and a merry go round.
