Designed with Barlev Architects nestled in the hills of Jaffa above the Mediterranean. The open spaces include a semi-public Palm Court with water channels, an Entry Plaza and a Private Health Club. The buildings were terraced into hill with the public access stairway to the harbor connecting to the upper Plaza. This public access space plays with the differences between public and private spaces as you transcend down into to the harbor adjacent to private gardens. A High end housing complex whose special quality resembles the intricate alleys and passages indicative of the ancient city of Jaffa where public and private spaces are interwoven. The design employs a variety of different stone treatments that are indicative historical material of Israel’s architecture.
