A successful urban renewal district of 26 acres in downtown Minneapolis includes a Greenway connection from Nicollet Mall to Loring Park of approximately 1600 feet in length. Employing massing models, developed economic strategies, and prepared parcelization drawings our efforts assist in the preparation of the developer's bid package. The project is in its final stage of completion. To date the following has been built: a Hyatt Regency Hotel, 2,500 residential units, 1,500' linear Loring Park. This unique and innovative project successfully demonstrates how the public and private sectors can work together for the mutual economic benefit of both.
