New York's first waterfront plaza facing the Statue of Liberty, Hudson River and Ellis Island. This waterfront plaza serves the daily needs of the residents, office population and the city at large. It is the product of a unique collaboration between the architect Ceasar Pelli and the artists Scott Burton and Siah Armajani.
