URBAN SPACESPark Place
A fountain wall, extending the length of the site, masks the service and truck dock areas of the building. This fountain creates a moving backdrop for the park and serves to mask the street noise. The park is embellished with rich plantings, a canopy of trees, large lawn areas, and seating areas. The park is programmed with lunchtime performances such as bands, singers, and mimes, which activate the space, and draws users from the surrounding commercial areas.
