Greenpoint Central
Located in the heart of Greenpoint, Greenpoint Central is a luxury residential development with ample amenities for residents and visitors alike. Collaborating with Hill West Architects, MPFP designed a series of vibrant amenity spaces for the development.
Cultivating an exciting sense of arrival, MPFP’s drive-court entry is alive with color and invites residents into the central courtyard and building lobby. Expanding west on site, the central courtyard features a vibrant array of native plantings set about an expansive open lawn and a trellis-shaded lounge area. Flexible for both passive and semi-active use, the central courtyard functions as Greenpoint Central’s core.
At the west end of the site along Franklin Street, a hedge-screened courtyard features a number of recreational opportunities including a pickleball court, bocce court, corn-hole, and wood deck game-table area.
Featuring expressive views of the East River and Manhattan skyline, Greenpoint Central’s roof terrace provides residents with a range of contemporary residential amenities. MPFP designed an array of “garden-rooms” that cater to day-day use as well as special community events. Trellis and tree-shaded outdoor dining areas offer venues for small gatherings, with neighboring garden lounges offering a range of seating. Sun decks with chaise lounges look out onto the river and skyline, while a tree-shaded dog-run considers residents with pets. Elsewhere on the deck, swathes of synthetic turf offer residents a space for picnics or play.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
