One Forty One
Located on the corner of Willoughby and Gold Street in Downtown Brooklyn, 141 Willoughby is a 24-story residential building. Adjacent to the 1-acre Willoughby Square Park at its base, the building boasts an exceptional variety of amenities, offering residents a distinctive living environment in a bustling and evolving neighborhood.
Collaborating with Fogarty Finger Architects, MPFP designed and implemented an amenity rich 10th floor terrace for residents and visitors alike. The space is designed to emphasize expansive views of the Hudson and the Manhattan skyline - as such, the terrace edge is clear of obstructions.
Set beneath an ipe wood shade structure, a built-in ipe-clad bench extends for the length of the trellis. Bookended by lush ornamental plantings and single-stem river birch trees, this town-hall-style seating element offers residents an active and semi-passive space to gather.
Facing the town-hall seating area, a variety of movable tables and chairs abutt another built-in ipe-clad bench - behind this, a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen offers all the utilities needed for an event, large or small.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
